In Ritamac Virtual groups we focus on Deming’s methods of setting goals and making them visible.

Accountability

These are the actual end-of-the-year results for the members of one Ritamac group showing the actual percent of goals achieved from the member with the lowest percent achieved to the member(s) with the highest percent achieved.

 

My business has seen substantial growth over the last 6 1/2 years of participating in the peer group led by Rita. I came to the group not knowing why I had no cash in the bank in spite of increased revenues. I can happily say that I now have money in the bank!

Through the monthly financial reporting I have gained a much better handle on my cash flow and actually have set goals for and tracked the profit of my business. I have an increased awareness of the key performance indicators (KPIs) of my business and, thanks to Rita, have been tracking those too.

Working with Rita and the peers in the group has given me the confidence to know when I was ready to expand by hiring and has helped me through all those growing pains.
