The groups are purposefully kept small with a maximum of 8 members to allow adequate time for each member to share and receive feedback.
Mastermind Groups
Ritamac groups consist of a diverse group of business owners with gross revenues at $1Million or less. There are no competitors in the group. Each group has a maximum of 8 members. To meet the realistic schedules of small business owners, the group meets virtually once a month for 3 hours during normal business hours.
Premier Quality Groups
Membership is by invitation only. We carefully vet all candidates to ensure they are a good fit for a Ritamac group, placing you in a group right for you, and where you are right for the group. Since Ritamac works with only a small number of select groups, you can be assured of a premier group experience.

• Members have exclusive access to the training sessions “At You Finger Tips”.
The meeting training sessions are prepared exclusively for Ritamac members based on the needs of the groups.
• All new members receive a Complimentary Ritamac Financial Toolkit prior to their first meeting so that we are all speaking the same financial language.

How do you join a Ritamac group?
Step 1. Schedule an introductory meeting with Rita Crosby
Step 2. Attend a Virtual Information Meeting with other potential members
Step 3. Attend a complimentary group meeting to determine if this is a fit for you
Our purpose is to create dynamic Ritamac groups that make a positive difference in the lives of members.
All Ritamac groups are virtual.
Groups are limited to 8 members in non-competing industries.
Groups are for the President, CEO, Owner, or final decision maker.
Each member signs a confidentiality agreement. Confidentiality is the backbone of a peer based advisory group.
All groups meet virtually for 3 hours once a month. On the same day of the month (example: 2nd Tuesday of each month).
There is no initiation fee. There is no contract.
As long as the member is bringing value to the group and the group is providing value to the member, we are a fit.
Each member signs and agrees to abide by the Operating Rules for the group.
Attendance is crucial to a Ritamac group. Punctuality is expected.
The group has the option to “fire” any member who abuses the group’s standards and principles.
The group has in-put on what training classes they would like presented.
Members are invoiced for meetings whether they are able to attend or not.
As long as the member is current in their dues, membership is evergreen.
